Are you looking to learn better communication, rekindle your connection, change up your relationship style or heal through past wounds?

In couples therapy, you and your partner will work together with a therapist on your shared goals for your relationship. Whether you're dating and wanting to build skills together and navigate your differences, working on premarital tools, healing after rupture, or exploring boundaries in consensual nonmonagamy - at Four Corners - your relationship is important to us. We are here to help discover, teach, process, and support change in your dynamics together. Our therapists use Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Styles, systemic therapies, CBT, DBT, and solution focused tools in relational counseling. Our therapists are LGBTQIA affirming and comfortable working with a variety of relationships, focused on your unique needs. Couples’ sessions are available in person and virtually, and are for adult clients.
Couples' sessions are all Private Pay, and eligible for Sliding Scale. We do not utilize insurance for Couples Therapy. We do this to ensure a gold standard of clinical excellence, making sure Couples Therapy is balanced and neutral, with no one party being identified or pathologized. We believe that relationship distress and relationship growth is a shared dynamic, and we want to treat your relationship as a whole.
