Trauma Therapy

Many people experience traumas throughout their lives; from generational trauma, systemic oppression, impactful events that threatened safety and security, or traumatic experiences from uncontrollable stressors. You can work with one of our therapists in building safety and trust, through a variety of skilled therapy methods, to help process and move forward with your healing journey. Trauma therapy can be in person or virtual, and can be for children, teens, or adults.
