Luis Santoyo, MSW, LMSW
Associate Clinical Therapist
He/ Him / His
Hi, I’m Luis, and I’m glad you’re here and that you’re on the journey to figure out what works for you. I am a bilingual, associate licensed social worker who wants to help you achieve the best version of yourself. Through a therapeutic relationship, we can work together in accomplishing your individual goals. I hold great value in being honest and transparent with my clients and supporting people through their personal transitions. I’m personally familiar with experiencing the world as glass half empty, and it’s true, sometimes it is. But if we can focus on what’s good and what’s working, we can start to understand and adapt our behaviors and choices to help us create a glass half full view. My greatest strength as a therapist is to see your strength and help you see it too. I believe you have your own set of unique skills that help you grow through life. I’m here to help you find them and use them, through systemic therapy models and understanding our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
Personally, one of my greatest interests in life is people’s stories, whether that’s the storylines of my favorite teams, the stories in my favorite movies and theatre, or the stories I learn of my clients. And I want to be part of helping you create a story you really like. And by the way, the story is always better when you have a dog.
