She / Her / Hers
Life can feel heavy at times, like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure on the inside. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a Licensed Counselor, and I’m really glad you’re here. My goal in our work together is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down and feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we may explore emotions and patterns, build practical coping skills, and deepen your understanding of your experiences while gaining clarity, perspective, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
I work with individuals of all ages, along with couples and families, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and play-based interventions.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, and it truly matters. Whether you’re working through past experiences, feeling stuck in the present, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth. I’d be honored to walk alongside you at your pace.
